The Silver Inn is a family-run restaurant that has been offering original Peking-Style Cuisine since 1975. We introduced Calgarians to their first taste of Peking-style cooking with dishes such as ginger beef, hot and sour soup, grilled pork dumplings, chicken and cashew in yellow bean sauce and many more.
Our family created these delicious dishes by adapting the classic Chinese recipes to match the locally available products. Fresh ingredients combined with the highest standards result in delicious Chinese food that will satisfy your appetite. The items on our menu are made from scratch, everyday, including our dumplings and noodles.
